Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchange Process:
To complete an exchange, customers are responsible for either:

• Shipping the device back to us at their own expense, or
• Bringing the device in person to our store location.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.
